1. Data We Access

When you choose to use TrakkyTime, the extension may access limited Google Calendar data strictly required to perform time calculations, including:

• Event titles
• Event start and end times (including all-day events)

The extension does not access event descriptions, attendee lists, locations, or any other calendar metadata.

2. How We Use This Data

Calendar data is used only to perform calculations that you explicitly request, such as:

• Calculating the duration of individual events
• Summing total time across recurring events
• Aggregating durations over a selected date range

No automated analysis, profiling, or secondary usage is performed.

3. Google Calendar Access (OAuth)

TrakkyTime uses Google Calendar read-only access to retrieve event timing information. This access allows the extension to view calendar events for calculation purposes only.

The extension cannot create, modify, or delete any calendar events.

4. Data Processing and Storage

• Local processing: All calculations are performed locally in your browser.
• No server storage: Calendar data is not transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any external server.
• No data sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

5. Analytics (Limited & Anonymous)

TrakkyTime may collect anonymous, aggregated usage metrics (for example, how often the extension panel is opened) to understand feature usage and improve the product.

• No personal data is collected
• No calendar content is included
• No identifiable information is stored or shared

6. Data Retention

The extension does not retain Google Calendar data beyond the temporary runtime memory required to complete a calculation.

Once the calculation is complete or the extension is closed, the data is discarded.
